In the past I would apply to hundreds of jobs and pray for a result. The spray-and-pray method didn’t work then and it didn’t work now. I needed a better strategy.

Instead of applying to places frantically, I asked myself a question. How can do organize my search so I know what I need to do at every stage? With this question I started to get organized.

After every application, recruiter call, and interview, I took notes to determine what was the next action I can take to keep the process moving. Every detail was tracked. I did this for weeks. After 4 weeks, I achieved a flow state.

Everyday I had a conversation lined up. Every week I had data to make an informed decision next step.I developed a system where I could take action daily. I was finally seeing consistent feedback. I followed this rhythm, until it happened.
